COVID 19 protocols are part of attending your appointment at Full Circle. You'll receive a health quiz online prior to your visit.
Please attend only if you are fully healthy as are those with whom you live.
Please wait in your car until the previous person leaves, wear your mask (over your nose, mouth and chin, and
not a bandana or face shield or plastic vented mask) and wash hands upon entering and prior to leaving.
Please cancel if you've traveled outside the Creston Valley and/or had visitors in the 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
You're welcome to rebook once 14 days have passed and you're healthy!
Hopefully, later on in 2021, these restrictions will pass. Our smiles will be warm and welcoming! Stay well.

You will be able to manage your appointments online after your first assessment appointment.
After you book your first appointment, you'll be sent a welcome email with a few forms to fill out to help make your first visit easier for both you and the clinic. If you're coming for pelvic issues or cancer specifically, please let us know so an additional form is sent to you. Your first appointment will be 60 - 75 minutes. Follow-up appointments are 30 or 60 minutes depending on your needs. If it's been two years since your last appointment or a new concern, you may need a full hour assessment again.

Preparing for your first visit
On your first visit, please know that you are here to share your history and present concerns. It may help to write down your concerns as well as bring any test results and medication lists that you may have. Wear comfortable clothes. If you're seeking pelvic physiotherapy, you may choose to have an internal examination in addition to an external examination. It's up to you at any time.
Welcome
We try to be timely with your appointment and ask that you do as well. There is no receptionist, so please just come in, make yourself comfortable and we'll be with you as soon as possible. There is a bathroom beside the waiting room and books and information for you to read.
Payment Options and Cancellation Policy
Payment is expected on the day of service and is in the form of cash, cheque or etransfer. No cards are accepted at present. We do not direct bill insurance companies but will give you the appropriate receipt (in paper or by email) in order for you to seek reimbursement. These choices are done in an effort to keep the cost of your appointments at a minimum and make this service available to as many women as possible without cost becoming an impediment.
If you need to cancel, please do so as soon as possible with at least 48 hours' notice. If you miss one appointment, there is no charge. Missing a second appointment requires full payment before you may book again. This booking system will send you an email reminder 1 - 2 days prior to your appointment and a text 2 hours before your appointment.
