Pelvic Problems
The pelvic region is the home of our deep core, our centre of balance, our waterworks and digestion, our intimate life and the support system for our organs. We are likely to experience challenges in our pelvis when we become pregnant, experience labour and delivery, gain/lose weight, have a persistent cough, do hard physical work, play heavy sports, travel through menopause…..most or all of us.
We should never leak urine or stool, we should have a deeply strong core that supports us and our organs, enjoy our intimate life and should surgery be necessary, we should fully recover. Living painfree and strong is expected from childhood to our elder years. Pelvic physiotherapy is a first response to challenges in these areas!
