What is IBS?
Hint:****It's not all in your bowel, but it's the brain to bowel, bowel to brain, round and round interaction.....so think about IBS in a holistic way and read on......many of us who have "had" IBS all of our lives have no pain any longer, no bloat/distension, no suffering once applying all these principles and practices.
